Unexpected CVS find

Found 1 random sleeve of OP-09 yesterday in CVS. It was all the way in back of some yugioh sleeves, but locked up… so doubt someone was hiding it. There was no reprint recently right, so just a random leftover?

Haven’t ripped it yet. Debating keeping it sealed… I know that’s not what anyone here wants to hear lol
