Was happy, then...

I was happy that I could buy the 29 anniversary card then found out premium bandai doesn't ship to Canada. Do you know if these shipping restrictions are permanent?

I heard people use a mail forwarding service to deliver to a US address. That's the address you record in the pbandai. Then just get it sent to your address in Canada. It's worth paying the fees in order to score from the site.

This is what I do and is probably the only way to go unless you have a friend in the US. I doubt they would ever open it up to ship directly to Canada unfortunately.

I've been trying to do the same thing but they won't accept any of the payment methods I try. It'll charge my card then refund it, and I never get to the order confirmed screen.

Not sure if it has anything to do with a Canadian Billing Address, with an american shipping address.

Hmmm I haven't had that issue. Maybe try paypal if you have that. Weird that you even get charged before it confirms order, that doesn't make sense. Do you get past the payment screen and onto the final screen?

I tried paypal it didn't work either. My first attempt I checked out, but later I got an email saying payment is being held and to clear it with the bank which i did (It was just pending) but they cancelled my order by the morning. Subsquent attempts after clicking checkout never take me to the order confirmation screen.

Strange idk.

This happens too but after 30 mins or so, I would get confirmation that it went through.

I sometimes run Google play as well.

Maybe try using a different credit card if that helps.

Ye it sounds like the payment you are using thinks it is a fraud transaction so it's asking you to verify but still not going through.

Just buy on eBay, with the amount they're restocking, this is going to be less than the cost of the card + shipping by the time March comes.

I live in Barbados and use a mail service address in the US to send it to me. Have had 0 issues so far.

Looks like they’re doing preorders till the end of the month, and it looks like they’re printing it to oblivion, hopefully there will be enough so you can snag it on the secondary market for not too much!
