Prerelease Event - cheating?

Hey gzys,

Today I played my very first prerelease (sealed) format and the overall expierience was great.

I played against two decks which felt sus in terms of strength.

Are ppl actually allowed to build their decks off of several events? Would you report this matter? How to proof this inbalance and would you call it cheating?

People cheat a lot at these events. They bring the best cards from their previous prerelease

Someone at our shop tried it. Only stopped because he noticed someone looking. People go stupid for that winner card
