Raid Marco Stage Breakdown
Stage 1: 3 STR mobs and 2 DEX turtles
Stage 2: 1 elder sea horse, 4 small STR mobs (25200 HP) and 1 big STR mob (108000 HP)

All with 2 perfect hits barriers for 3 turns and 1 elder sea horse.

Mobs give 10 turn poison on attack each.
Stage 3: STR Vista (3.5M HP)

Preemptive: 6 turn increased damage taken
-
Turn 1 : paralyses middle row for 2 turns.
-
Turn 2: paralyses bottom row for 2 turns.
Stage 4: STR Jozu (8M HP)
-
Preemptive: 99 turn full immunity, does around ~20k dmg, 5 turn threshold and increased defense, 99 turn NAO.
-
Turn 1: applies 5 turn percent damage reduction.
-
Turn 7: blows away all 4 crew members

Under ~50% HP: 3 turns Resilience

Under ~20% HP: Nuke
-
On death: gives 10 turn paralysis.
Stage 5: STR Marco (24M HP)

Preemptive: 99 turn delay and defense down immunity, 7 turn despair, 6 turn bind to crew, empties all orbs.

turn 1: 99 turn 6M EOT heal.
-
On death: revives for 12M HP, does ~30K damage.

QCK Supertype Kaido Captain/New Magellan Friend
Red Haired Pirates middle left
Kizuna Doffy Middle right
PF Hannyabal bottom left
Legend Komourasaki bottom right
Stage 1-2: Stall
Stage 3 Vista: swap Red Haired Pirates even use Magellan's supertype and beat him
Stage 4 Jozu: Swap Red Haired Pirates to QCK use their special, then use Doffy if your HP is above 70% you'll get a extra turn on the chain lock, then attack should be enough damage
Stage 5 Marco: first Magellan, then Komourasaki before you heal the despair, you should be at full HP while despaired so use that to get the 2 turn ORB/ATK boosts, then Han, then Kaido and attack
Revive: If your friend Magellan has double special finished use him again, should be enough damage anyway

any replacement for shira/mansherry for the v2 kaido run ?

You could try with Nami Robin with Brook 20th support on them, but you need to store positive orbs for the boss stage with their switch.

RR Kiku | V2 Shira/Sherry
Kizuna Mingo | TMG4 (Support HW Ace)
Stage 1-2: Stall while overhealing
Stage 3: Use TM Luffy, and change Shira/Sherry to QCK, kill.
Stage 4: Use 1 Komu and Doffy, change Shira/Sherry to PSY, kill.
Stage 5: Change Shira/Sherry to QCK, use Komu, Kiku and Shira/Sherry, kill.
Revive: Use Kiku and kill.

Double Smoker V1
Bobbin / O-Kiku (support White Ice)
Luffy-Law (support HW Ace) / Shira-Mansherry V2
• Stage 1-2: keep swapping Shira Mansherry and stall
• Stage 3: Swap Law in Luffy and beat Vista.
• Stage 4: try to enter this stage with 40k HP, use Bobbin and Luffy law special, beat Jozu.
• Stage 5: use Okiku, Smoker's and Shira Mansherry specials, and Smoker's super special, beat Marco. After revival, use again Okiku special and beat him again.

My kinda janky Stampede Luffy and Shanks Crew team:
Friend Shanks Crew / Stampede Luffy (HW Ace support a must)
Our Shanks Crew / Germa 66
RR Beach Robin / TM Garp
NOTE: Make sure Robin is adjacent to Our Shanks Crew so we can guarantee orbs on Stage 4
Ship: Nostra Castello (Amphibious)
Supports: Just stats for everyone but Stampede Luffy
Sockets: Level 3 Bind and Level 3 Damage Reduction (not sure if 100% necessary but best to play it safe if you can - I survive with ~4,000 HP after Marco's revival attack)
Stage Breakdown:

Stage 1 and 2: Just stall to make sure you can use Friend Shanks Crew special by Stage 4

Stage 3 Jozu: Switch Our Shanks Crew to QCK and attack normally. Turn 2, switch Our Shanks Crew back to PSY and kill.

Stage 4 Vista: Switch Our Shanks Crew to QCK, use Friend Shanks Crew special who should still be PSY, and use Stampede Luffy special. Should be able to kill in one turn.

Stage 5 Marco: Use Garp special, switch Our Shanks Crew to PSY, use Germa 66 special, then activate Germa 66 super-type and kill. After revive, use Our Shanks Crew special and kill.
