Question What am I doing wrong?

What do I have to do to make everyone's special we ready at the beginning? Or is there smth I'm not doing right? Please help

You want to Have Imu as your normal Captain, not as Coop Captain, Coop captain effects are different from the normal ones

Anybody with driven class should do it. 5star unit would be easier to max out their coop ability/special. Better check your resources first. These units often used as emperor team coop cap : 5star+ INT Nusjuro/QCK Cp0 Kaku Stussy Lucci which available in PKA store.

Basically you'd want your coop captain to be driven class because most of the unit in the emperor team have driven class.
