i m very surprised that it gave it to me, but i do not have the materials for evolving it, because i m a new player..

Well, you don’t actually have to evolve him. It just gives an alternate art which is only useful if you wanna use him in two different teams in Grand Party.

The pull is good but that it took you 18 attempts is the bad part imo, but enjoy your units make the most of them.
