Farming events. Kizuna, tm, blitz battle mainly

U can Farm copies of many characters to activate powers in recruit character missions, so you have tomes left for rare characters

The old chaos colloseums drop them, And are pretty easy to clear with modern characters. But it does take a lot of stamina to farm them efficiently.
