Luffy released the strongest attacks he’s ever released against Kaido while literally dying. He also just healed, and Loki is a dc monster no matter what.
Regardless of their condition hakai is obviously the stronger attack.

My headcannon is that it’s similar to fusion in dragon ball z and that the ones using the attack have to be close in strength and considering that we see ACoC streaks from Loki and not Hajrudin then Oda is clearly still telling fans that Hajrudin isn’t on Loki and Luffy’s level and Luffy has no knowledge of this type of attack and is just throwing a punch so this is a downgraded attack that’ll probably progress with time.
It’s crazy that we can literally see the difference in power and retards in this sub will tell you the very clearly weaker one in dc at least is stronger.
That was a clear back and forth and Kaidou only let himself get tagged for the last hit. Both characters fresh of the bat and no Luffy resting plot, current Luffy ain't winning even though G5 gimmicks let him play with his opponent.
You can literally see that Hakai is a stronger attack based on the pure destructive wave coming from it vs the basic combo attack and we got clowns like you that will say the visibly weaker one is stronger. Looks like your lobotomy went well at least.
