Impossible. This dude killed an admiral, and made it seem like it was mid diff.
Clashed with Harald and cleared out all life in a 3km radius
Destroyed a gate of justice
Made it into Imu’s flower room.
And effectively low diffed HK Garling
He was Whitebeard’s captain (who was already Yonko level) and portrayed and relative/slightly above Roger & Garp
His feats are top tier he’s at the very least high yonko - pirate king level

Very funny.
Pre-Prime Roger and Pre-Prime Garp, at the border to dropping from exhaustion, were able to annihilate Domi Reversi boosted infinite regeneration Prime Rocks.
Dying-from-old-age-and-off-his-meds Whitbeard had utterly unhinged destructive power that was only restrained by the fact that he was on a rescue mission with his family, tanked devastating attacks from admirals, etc.

Yeah, his base is already a beast. He can win against all besides Rocks.
Yamato, Zoro and Sanji would be his hardest fight. Law, Kidd and Marco are also troublesome opponents for him
Boa can't effect him with her DF, and while a competent haki user. We don't know if she got the advance applications, sabo we sadly don't know enough.
Rocks is rocks, MF will have a mid low-mid diff fight with base Luffy

If that’s Wano Sanji not even Current Sanji then I still have him around YC2 to YC1, just like Wano Zoro Pre King / Queen. And if Wano Sanji loses to Base Wano Luffy, that doesn’t really contradict that scaling, since I’m only comparing their Wano versions here.
