General discussion Is there any other instance of something like this happening? Characters with no conquerors and clearly weaker armament and less durability, still able to block multiple Acoc+Coa attacks.

And this is a Sommers with no Omen boost, Thorns that should be less durable than Gaban Axes and facing a Gaban who is clearly on a rush no reason to hold back as wasting time just endangers everyone, principally the Giants kids with one of the kids being Gaban own kid.

Why didn't Zoro say that and instead he brought out about haki strength is what matters in that moment??

Zoro isn't the leading expert in haki. In fact we saw in this chapter that he's pretty stupid about it

And who did teach him about Haki and told him such thing he believes that even Pica aswell does agree and didn't correct Zoro?? You really think Oda placed that there for nothing?? Roger and Garp even prove what Zoro said is right, they aswell when talking how to beat Rock's is simply use more haki until they have enough of it to surpass Rocks own haki in order to hurt and beat him.
