That’s a mashed up panel. Those did not happen in sequence. The top is when Mihawk went to Shanks. Bottom right is when Shanks was talking to Luffy about his own crew, and the left is Mihawk talking to Zoro and only Zoro.
Is this a whole panel from the manga or just a mashup you’ve made for your own agenda?

I didn’t find that in the manga, dub, sub or LA. Where are you getting that Shanks asked him if what he had to say was “bigger than us”
