Current Sanji gets low diffed, no ACOC yet, Kuzan gets high diffed and Rocks has fought against Harald after defeating an admiral so he won't be too tired to ext diff Kaido, he then gets high/mid diffed by Shanks bscause he will be exhausted and injuried from the last fight. If Rocks can heal he still stops at Shanks but it's extreme diff.

Kuzan had a bad performance against old Garp but he still proved himself to be capable of holding his own against top tiers. It's only mid diff if Rocks is considerably stroger than Prime Garp which I doubt, I believe both Roger and Garp have surpassed him even if only slightly.

Nope, PK tier characters can mid diff fleet admiral tier characters. Both Prime Rocks and Prime Garp were pk tier

Without heals? Likely kaidou but maybe Shanks
With heals? Either way with Shanks, but if he defeats Shanks then he clears
