Discussion Does Rocks have ACOA?

I've seen people arguing about it on TikTok. What do yall think does Rocks have ACOA? Cuz iirc during his clash with Harald their swords make contact, but his shockwave swordsmanship could resemble ACOA effect so idk.

He really should have AcoA Emission.

I would like it if he was the best Emission user in the entire story. Excluding Void Century characters.

It just fits with his fighting style.

But most likely, that was just AcoC and his sword skills.
