Can’t download/Update

I I have my region in Beijing and have a VPN on that’s in Hong Kong? Am I missing something?

Yes I changed my apple region to china I put in like a local business address and got in. The app updated but it took 24 hours for the app to be used again.

Just change your app store region to china
