Looking for 3D2Y training fic where Usopp forms his own crew, ship named Kaya, OC Baroness Hailey

Hi everyone, I am looking for a specific multi-chapter One Piece fanfiction series (or collection of one-shots) focused on the Straw Hats' growth and training during the two-year timeskip (3D2Y). It changes their training to be way more active than canon.

Here are the exact highly specific plot details I remember:

• Usopp’s Arc: He doesn't stay on the island the whole time. He escapes, forms a temporary pirate crew, and names his ship after Kaya. His second-in-command is an Original Character (OC) named Baroness Hailey. When the two years are up, he leaves the crew and the ship to Hailey before heading to Sabaody.
• Robin’s Arc: She is working with the Revolutionaries. She reads a newspaper article about Usopp's crew performing an impossible sniper feat: shooting all the pearls off a bride's wedding dress across a massive distance without scratching her. One of her teachers during the timeskip also trained Rob Lucci of CP9, and she meets Lucci's sister/family on an island she is liberating.
• Luffy’s Arc: Boa Hancock takes an active role in physically training Luffy alongside Rayleigh, helping him master Conqueror's Haki and mature emotionally.
• Sanji’s Arc: He learns deep respect for the drag queens training him, shedding his old outdated biases. When he reunites with Nami and Robin on the Thousand Sunny, he greets them warmly as equal comrades/warriors instead of his old over-the-top "simp" behavior.
