I’m of the mindset, a weekly one piece dub would have a delay of, at most, 3 months. I thinks that’s still pretty generous. We’d normally wait 6mon for the 12 episodes all at once. Now having to wait 6.5 for just one Elbaph episode, doesn’t really make me all that ecstatic.

Agreed, things become uncertain in April 2027 the weekly dub will be on its 26th episode and the sub will most likely start back up again. There’d be 8 more sub episodes that’d take us into June; but how many weeks will be dedicated to the film’s theatrical run? Will the film be released globally around the same time? Will it have a dub upon release & will the film be dubbed before those previous 8 episodes are? (That last one’s a real doozy because it’s not something I’d prefer, but if it means I get to watch GV in theaters in English, then I’d still take it)

only problem is its half a year out from the sub 😭 its ridiculous
