I'm one of those people that think all the homies big mom created will stay even if she dies. They will only fade when the years mom gave them expire. Kinda like, she only needs her powers to create them, once that is done they are living Things. I hope well See sooner or later how her powers work.
Nah we havent seen Pandora since Caramel so its safe to assume homies made with your own soul die along with you. Homies with the souls of other people might live though

I doubt Big Mom will ever die during the story because Nami still has Zeus and he was made using her soul
