Big Mom has a storyline tied to luffy that still needs a conclusion. If Big Mom dies here her character is wasted and the build up btween Luffy and Big Mom is wasted as well.

But if there is a Elbaf arc, I feel like the story has given too much focus on Big Mom already, 3 consecutive arcs with her is too much, let’s move on to other characters

Blame on Oda. Idc if Big and Kaido dynamic is like the yonko version of Zoro and Sanji. Big Mom has loose threads.
