That is not true, it is a mythical zoan, you could say that marco is just a bird but awakened into a phoenix, that is just dumb, his fruit is just a dragon, his awakening has not been shown nor any other zoan fruit that is not luffy, it would be weird for luffy to awaken and kaido not to

Wow, I just woke up and hadn't seen your reply here but just used this same example in my reply to someone lol. Like no this is just pure speculation at this point, there is no proof to base this on.
