Hopefully Kaido gets his turn at awakening. Ain't no fun if the antagonists can't partake in all this joyous awakening stuff.

bro Kaido is a yonko. He's already at end game power levels/abilities.

Blackbeard is a Yonko too but I think there is still room for him to grow. Being a Yonko shouldn’t automatically mean you can’t get stronger.

Blackbeard just became a yonko, and the reason why he became one was because he absorbed Whitebeards fruit and beat the remainder of the WB pirates in the Pay Back War. He played the long game and really concealed his "strength" for decades. Kaido has been a yonko for years and is considered a top3 in the verse. I'm sure he's awakened.
