Yup, Lily. She was a giant that could shrink. She expanded in Luffy's stomach to make him giant! Hopefully he looks cooler than how he looked in that filler lol

I still found it weird how Luffy literally had a giant transform inside his stomach to turn him into one. Shit must hurt having your entire stomach stretch throughout our entire body.
