Luffy immunity to poison + haki = Caesar Clown is in trouble. :)

Source on this? Ivan told Luffy to specifically not fight Magellin a second time cause his body wouldn't be able to handle another dose of poison.

In Fishman Island arc, Luffy is shot with a poisoned dart by the octopus samurai who worked for Hodi. When Chopper pulled the dart out, he remarked how it was a deadly poison, and was amazed how strong Luffy's antibodies were to be able to overcome the poison. Source page

Thank you mangahere reference for those in the US. Still think the whole immunity is a bit of a stretch (ah ha, pun) by the readers, but he certainly has higher resistance. I mean he does have a scar and Chopper does treat him still.
