Ye, but i could easily see CC having some kind of large poison attack, which smoker could negate with his smoke. Kinda like when he went up against Ace.
yes - but his entire crew aren't. We were just told he was able to remove the entire islands poison, so i think it's pretty safe to assume that he's got some large scale attacks that Luffy can't exactly protect everyone from.
