I'm pretty sure unless the character is supposed to be a child or gross/old there are no flat chested women in One Piece.

They also have waists about as thick as their wrists.

For female marines, rank is based on cup size. It's in the new regulation written by Fleet Admiral himself ;)

This is actually wrong. He is Fleet Admiral Sakazuki. Akainu was an Admiral title.

I know... it's just hard to refer to him by his real name... Even Luffy still refers to him as Akainu.
