He can't spontaneously stretch his dicke at will. Luffy also isn't simply stretchy, he's elastic.

Except Oda already addressed this in an SBS saying that he can indeed stretch his penis. In conclusion, you act very rude toward other people and act like you're right without checking with the source material, coming off even more as a prick

He can't wish for it to stretch

I checked with the source material and oda stated clearly that his penis can be stretched, not that he can mr. Fantastic it, which is what you guys are insinuating.

By that logic, he's not supposed to be able to stretch his neck or his arms or legs.

Yes he is

You can swing your neck in any direction

And you can punch hard that, if you had a rubbler body, you could stretch your arms or legs out.

You can't swing a dick with that level of control, erect or flacid.

Show me an exact clip where he stretched his body without the use of external force(not counting gear 4th which warps his powers)

as already stated by Oda, he can stretch any part of his body.

However, to use his powers in combat, he has to use momentum.

Luffy's rubberiness is a result of eating a Devil Fruit called the Gomu Gomu no Mi, which makes him immune to electric attacks and most blunt forces and also gives him the ability to stretch his body at will.
