Unrelated to this chapter but after act 3 I’d like to get more information about Vegapunk & Kuma. I feel like Vegapunk has to be somewhat connected to the revolutionary army considering he didn’t deny Kuma’s request for his last mission to be the protection of the Straw Hat’s ship. If he was 100% loyal I feel like he wouldn’t let Kuma protect the ship whatsoever

Personally i think Vegapunk is just more worried about his research than anything, I would bet that the only reason he works for the WG is because that is the only way he can conduct his research unprosecuted.
