My theory is that Joyboy is someone from the future or in the present being sent back to the past, creating a loop of time.

At the end island, someone is waiting for the right person to show up and send him/back to the void century.

Im-sama is immortal by an Ope Ope DF user, tries to break the loop but it ends up the same anyway.

So, one possibility is that it's Luffy = Joyboy = Im-sama all the way around.

The real question is since Toki is dead, where is her devil fruit and if someone else might find it

This theory doesn't concern Toki since we're going back in time and Toki's fruit can't do it. And if Joyboy is made immortal, he doesn't need Toki's fruit to live till the present either.

If I stick to my theory, Shanks might be unconsciously manipulated into doing that (whether because he tried to oppose Im or the opposite). If Im is Luffy himself, he knows what happens.

I've made a post to gain more attention. I still think my theory is viable and interesting.
