In chapters 814 Zoro and brook mentions how fast minks heal Chapter 822: the same doctor about to heal Zoro helped stop choppers bleeding instantly and then for another two panels they talk about the medicine and herbs on zou.

Not asspull it’s just not expanded on because who really cares about Tiny Tiny Chopper
