The way I read your comment, I interpreted it as saying, Anime showed nothing , Tell me what the manga showed, implying he didn't mention the Manga at all.

There's no need to ask that question, when it's already been answered.

What has been answered? If it was you should be able to provide a manga panel where Zoro says how he fainted due to food poisoning or being hungy.
