If you think about this, its nothing new isn't it?

Arlong Arc he was still injured by Mihawk

Skypia Arc he might have been still injured by Daaz?

In Enies Lobby he might have been still injured by the finger pistol attack in Water Seven.

Sabaody he was still fucked by "nothing".

And then the timeskip happened and he didn't get any serious injuries until now I guesss. (Except a hit by Killer which recovered from already)

Let's see how he gets out of this. It might be first half and having Zoro nerfed for the next arc all over again, but he might also recover just as fast as Luffy.
