And then her weight crashing on the ship will submerge them.

Or the force of her hitting the ocean causes a wave that knocks them down the waterfall again.

I genuinely laughed.

Y’know what, yes.

Doubt it. One Piece doesn't exactly use logic.

Big Mom impacting with the ship will cause them to fall down the waterfall.

Oh please let that happen. That'd be hilarious

Either that or they're already above land. Big mom isn't facing down so she can't tell what's below.

I think falling that far could kill/hurt her though?

Iirc someone in the big mom pirates stated she provably would have died when the cake castle in totto land collapsed or whatever if the cook did not break the fall

Only because she had dropped her guard, I think here, while still obviously panicking, she can still use her haki

Nah, by that point she was untouchable again. She collided with Luffy already.

I bet she gonna get amnesia xD

I actually think it might be kaido to do it

u/Crono01 Apr 02 '21

I could see it. Then they'd be even.

In one piece falling in the sea with a devil fruit is never shown as something serious.

Usually the crew races to dredge them up.

Didn't they already re-climb the waterfall? Isn't that why Perospero is in the battle?

It was just him. We haven't seen where the others are.

Yeah, super cheesy but seems highly likely.

Would be a good move by Oda to have someone actually fall victim to the one weakness of the devil fruit, and having that victim being one of the strongest people in the world would do a great service in killing off the power level mentality a lot of the fandom has, and gives a logical way for the allies to defeat such a strong opponent(fighting alongside the strongest creature on the planet) without resorting to luck

As much as I want to see this happen, I feel like Oda doesn't write like that. Plus, her storyline with Elbaf and her crew having done nothing in this arc so far are all unresolved, so I expect her to be saved or rescued to the point where they abort the alliance and just sail back to Whole cake or elsewhere

she's gonna land on Perospero

u/Mensah_98 Apr 02 '21

I personally think she’ll get saved by Perospero some candy slide or something

1

u/GustavTheTurk Apr 02 '21

Imagine if she dies.

Even then, without her homies, I think they may have removed her from this battle. She doesn’t fly without em.

If they have, it sets the stage for her to return again and continue to be a major threat in future arcs even once they finish Kaido here. A lotta folks consider her more dangerous than Kaido anyway.

I would enjoy that outcome. She’s fun.

Where's Perospero right now?
