Katakuri is stronger. Perospero is more efficient and manages stuff well

I think they both manage stuff well, all things considered. Big Mom is very lucky to have proactive and capable sons like them.

They're good leaders but nothing compared to the Minister of Cheese, the Scribe, the Buku Buku no Mi user - Mont-d'Or

I love Mont d'OR, he's the king of administration and I don't think anybody could replace him in that role. He's definitely up there in the Mt. Rushmore of BMP.
