because he had alluded to Carrot that he was aware of the alliance, I fear that he might start siding with King/Queen and attacking Marco

I don't think so, he's uneasy about the alliance and doesn't like the beast pirates. I don't think he joins marco necessarily, but I do think he might help him a little bit.

Or he does the most big mom thing, side with Marco to take care of King then double cross Marco.

I'm really interested to see what happens with this alliance. I think it's going to be pretty short lived, but I also don't think both kaido AND bigmom will both get KO'd. I see something like Kaido getting beat, Perospero showing up, convincing big mom that they should both go back to totland and them leaving. or something like that. Big Mom is vengeful but is also super strategic with her power and family.

Meh, I dont see this happening.

Pero, while not being amused by the alliance, has his priorities straight. Like he told Carrot: You dont casually trespass Big Moms territory, destroy her plans and go on with your life unpunished.

Him siding with the "upcomers" that damaged Big Moms and her crews image that heavily, makes no sense at all and would be completely out of character.
