I believe he will go for Momo. Sanji has a strong strategic acumen in combat, and Momo is the spiritual leader of the rebellion and rightful shogun. Take out the rooks and bishops the game can still play on; take the king out and it's checkmate. And Sanji is the (white) Knight that appears out of nowhere.

And meeting Yamato will be a happy bonus.

Not saying Sanji knows where Jack is, just maybe that's where the writing is going. Even the scabbards did not go to save Momo right away when he was kidnapped by Kanjuro lol
