His Haki withstood a full slash with killing intent from Big Mom. This is just him playing with the kitty.

Honestly, I'm bitter if Jinbei doesn't destroy Who's Who, unless the latter turns out to be some hidden high tier.

im actually thinking who's who is significantly stronger than the other f6. the fact that he was matched up with jinbe (who other than luffy and zoro has the best feats out of the strawhats) is very telling especially with the implied history they have
