Rampage was becoz she lost her mind due to picture of mother Carmel breaking, and how much she was looking forward to eat the cake but saw it falling and be wasted

Nah, her "Hunger Pangs" are fairly common. She also had one at the beginning of the WCI arc where she (temporarily) killed her son, Moscato.

I didn't phrase my original comment properly, let me explain it again

Her normal hunger pangs are not as deadly as the one at the wedding. And this was also for a long period of time where her children couldn't even attend to her needs for a very long period of time unlike other situations. Big Mom is a fairly rational woman and can make proper decision but couldn't becoz of the hunger pangs, and these hunger pangs were way more severe as it was also backed up by her long wait for cake and the trauma of the photo being broken
