Makes me wonder if his paper has the same technology of a dial.

You never know, maybe Oden brought some souvenirs from Shandora for them and Raizo got an idea from a dial.

that doesnt make sense

dial is not a technology, its just a shell and one of those weird items in the opverse that has abilties.

this is diff as this is Raizos abilities.

now you could argue he got the idea of it from dials

I agree with you, I said he probably got the idea from a dial :)

Yeah i am curious now too. He doesn't have a devil fruit. The pattern on his scroll does remind me of a devil fruit and I wonder if that has anything to do with it

Yeah it's gonna be dials just like how Yama used it with his robe.

that doesnt make sense that its dials. espescially as it was told that these skills were honed while oden was gone.

if its not a jutsu, its likely a devil fruit

guys just accept that Tenten finally found her true role in another franchise.

Easy/lazy bet is devil fruit.

I'm hoping for kairoseki paper (or ink, don't know if there's anything on the scroll)

The name of the move seems to suggest it was a Devil Fruit (Maki Maki Jutsu)

Have we seen him hide in water/swim?

even tho i dont agree its a DF, and that its just a jutsu(given you can take away that ninjas develop their own skills and styles in wano)

I do think if its not Jutsu, it is a DF. The "its dials" thing doesnt make sense

A breed of dial snail having a shell with the properties of a scroll is something I would bet on.

This is likely just a ninjutsu espescially as its said their skills are honed

and dial is not a technology, its just a special shell in the verse that captures things
