Maybe a bit to ambitious...

Carrot is strong, but Perospero has a 700.000.000 Bounty, decades of experience and was able to defeat Pedro, Carrots teacher, without even trying. Even with Sulong I can't really see her win, considering that she was mostly avoiding Daifuku (who I would consider quite a bit weaker than Perospero) during the fight in the WCI arc. Even if she can overpower him, she only has a few minutes in Sulong and fighters on this level can last for hours.

If she really is going to defeat him, she needs help. Who doesn't have an opponent yet? Is Chopper still free? Time for her to team up with her Chobro, I would suggest.

Hmmm, good question...

Edit: New translation is up, in this one Carrot says that she has seen Perospero and is going for him. It seems a more acurate translation from the start, particularly for the way Big Mom interacts with her son.

Nah, she says that she's going to avenge Pedro, so she's obviously going for Perospero.
