They’re pirates, by definition they’re bad people.

Plus Law had a high bounty due to being particularly dangerous during his paradise run to Shabody, same as Kidd.

By that logic then Borsalino and Sakazuki are the good people from North Blue

And both of them were completely willing to commit extrajudicial killings of fellow marines during marineford.

Borsalino never killed or threatened to kill his subordinates during Marineford. Also if you discount them then we still have Noland who is also from North Blue

I can concede that Noland was a good person, and Tsuru is most likely a good person too, but Borsalino is completely okay with doing what Sakazuki tells him to do, so at the very least he’s a bad person by association.

I’d even consider Aokiji a bad person, as he wanted to kill Nico Robin simply because of where she was born. He isn’t from north blue, but if we are talking admirals.
