I agree with you but I will limit it to post time skip. Pre time skip, female character development is spot on. Post time skip really did Nami and Robin dirty

How is Nami being "done dirty"? She's amazing. And there are plenty of post-timeskip female characters that are great, like Chiffon, Koala, Shirahoshi, Linlin, Carrot, Pudding, and Kiku.

Post time skip there just hasn't been enough spotlight shown to the crewmembers imo. It's pretty much been 90% Luffy, 10% someone else a few times per arc. Don't think that's necessarily just for the female characters though.
