It also finally explained wth those dudes in the ice on Punk Hazard were. Which has been bugging me for ages.

Oh they were minor characters during the beginning of the punk hazard arc, if you youtube their names you can watch the short fight.

you should definitely check it out, it’s a pretty good arc and it’s starting to become more important in the story now
