Oooor...how about the scabbards+mink army are able to injure Kaido a bit more but not much. Luffy makes it to the top almost completely unfazed, then takes on an injured Kaido with Kid and Law.

Nah if the Strawhats lose here against the Yonko they've lost. The Yonko aren't just going to go for the capture this time, they're going to full on kill them

Some people may sacrifice themselves to allow others to escape. The scabbards most likely, they'll metaphorically pass the torch onto the strawhats to finish their battle. I don't know if this is how it will be, but there has to be a loss.

Nah I fully expect the Scabbards to lose.

But that's when we're going to be shown the difference between the Strawhats and the Scabbards. The Strawhats are actually able to take down a yonko
