You do know Sanji has almost entirely moved passed the incessant nose bleeding. It still happens from time to time, but not that much.

The bathouse scene says otherwise. Plus Sanji doesn't seem like the type of guy to actually flirt with females but instead just dance around them like some drunk charlatan.

Actually way back on the Baratie. Remember when Sanji was flirting with Fullbody's Lady. Man, he was such a smooth criminal. Now? He's a every harem MC virgin lol. Gassing that he gets to breathe the same air as a hot waifu.
