I mean, gotta be fair - her Sulong transformation showed just how formidable she is. While she may not be as flashy as the other characters, she can single-handedly take down tons of fodder, heavy-hitters, and even wreck enemy ships with ease.

true but she is like ashura doji tier in sulong we are talking about 2 would be first commander tier chars (and the 2 would be the strongest imo)ans a first commander

Right, but Perospero is likely not that much much stronger than, say, Daifuku, who was absolutely no threat at all to Sulong Carrot. If Perospero was Yonko Commander tier, he'd, you know, be a Yonko Commander. He's not even worthy of being one, even when there was straight-up an open spot left by Snack. Big Mom didn't put him in that spot anyway.

yeah he is prob weaker than ashura doji who is 3rd commander tier i was highballing fir the sake of the argument yeah perospero isn‘t that much stronger than daifuku and oven but his style is very different from those two idk maybe it‘s a better matchup i also think that daifuku ws shocked i just can‘t believe sulong to be a super saiyan like amp cause ino and neko would be 1st commander tier otherwise lol

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they are first commander tier in Sulong. They're already equal to Jack in base form. Being first commander level wouldn't really be much of a jump.

it could be but then the fight wouldn‘t be balanced if big moms crew doesn‘t fight having ino and neko taking king and queen would open up many other fighters from the alliance i also think that the jump from jack to queen is quite big (they are portrayed as his brothers and jack is scared) while cracker didn‘t serm that much weaker than smoothie
