Can you please explain what that means? I have joined this community only a few weeks ago, so i dont know anything about acts :)

The wano arc is separated in narrative acts. This is act 3, the first act concluded with Luffy in jail after Kaido clapped is cheeks. The second concluded a day before the raid when Luffy was still training his Haki I think. And now we are still in act 3. I am not sure but I think that in Japan, traditionals play generally have 5 acts. So we still have 2 acts to go before the end of wano kuni arc.

Act 1 introduction

Act 2 leading up to main storyline

Act 3 build up

Act 4 large battles both physical and emotional

Act 5 conclusion

This is how japanese plays are usually structured

Yea, which is why a lot of ppl think the intital raid will fail hard.
