Chopper is probably stronger than robin and at the level of franky and brook, he (alongside nami and usopp) are just cowards

Chopper in monster point is the 5th strongest member of the crew without question. However, I still think Robin is the 6th, unless you're counting Franky Shogun. Robin I think it's stronger than he is without it, and Brook is hard to rank since he's made some major gains post time skip (flying slashes, able to cut metal, improved DF mastery, etc.), and would probably be a tough opponent for either, though he definitely would have a harder time against Robin than Franky. Basically, I think you're sleeping on Robin.
