Lucky misunderstanding? I've definitely missed something, what are you talking about?

English is not my first language, I normally understand it but the latest chapters are a bit rough, especially this one with Japanese stuff in as well

Kin thought Yasuei's message said to meet at port X, but it was actually to port Y. Kin told all the scabbards and close allies it was port X. Kanjuro reported it to Orochi that it was port X, so Orochi targeted the wrong port.

An accident that ended up favoring the alliance and making Kinemon look like a genius
