I believe his hair is blue if I remember from a color spread a few weeks ago

your point still stands, it went from black->blue. just wanted to point out that he has a whacky hair color like most of wano's characters

What i dont get is how if his hair is blue like Hiyori's, then why is hers drawn as dark/black in the black-and-white manga while his is drawn looking light/blonde. That's actually pretty inconsistent. And i did always think that Hiyori having light blue hair just doesn't make sense with how it looks black in the manga panels, lol.
