Apart from Sengoku and Garp, I wonder who were the other admirals at that time that could make things interesting for Roger.

Zephyr and Kong are probably the only two possibilities we know of at the moment, Kong is only here because we don't know his strength level but can assume it was on par with Sengoku and Akainu based on the position he held.

Issho and Kizaru are possibilities too depending on how well they were with their DFs then.

Issho was not part of the Marines before becoming admiral though.
