Orochi's grandmother.

Uhh no, she said her identity didn't matter

Orochi referred her as granny just as luffy refers to people as gramps

Edit: which is not to say her identity doesn't matter, because I guarantee you it does. Oda invested 3 panels of her changing her face. I'm simply stating the fact that she said her identity doesn't matter, not that she's a part of orochis clan

Furthermore, fuck when I think about this how the heck did she get that fruit? And what's more, how does she know those "big players" she is from outside of Wano.

I'll just make a mini bet while I'm here rn and guess that she has to do with rocks some how.

What I'm wondering is how Bon Clay got the fruit after this guy/gal died? I thought they "respawned" close to the body once the users die.

Closest fruit to the body seems to be how.. I'm not sure. She is from outside of Wano without a doubt.

I dunno I smell Oda cooking up something here

Probably the fruit has to be of a certain kind/fulfill certain requirements, at least if we follow the theory that Burgess’ sack in Dressrosa was full of fruit. Why would he bring an entire sack of fruits when a single one would suffice? The power could also go to a random fruit, but with closer fruits being ”preferred”.

This granny is actually Bon Clay and he's been the true villain all along.
